Duane Harris, president and COO of Callegra Technologies Inc.
Callegra Technologies Inc., a Sandy-based communications technology company, has announced the appointment of Duane Harris as president and chief operating officer.
Harris joins Callegra to lead the company's next phase of strategic growth, operational transformation and market expansion, according to the firm's announcement release. He will oversee corporate operations, product strategy, customer success, cloud transformation, security and compliance initiatives, and go-to-market execution across both federal and commercial markets.
His appointment comes as Callegra expands beyond its decades-long business model in secure unified communications into cloud-native communications, artificial intelligence, Edge AI and highly secure collaboration platforms designed for government agencies, healthcare organizations, enterprises and critical infrastructure.
"Duane brings a unique combination of operational leadership, technology vision and deep experience building secure, enterprise-class software organizations," said Justin C. Reber, chairman and CEO of Callegra. "As organizations rapidly embrace AI, cloud computing and increasingly complex security requirements, we are positioning Callegra to lead that transformation. Duane's leadership will help us scale our operations, strengthen our federal and commercial businesses, accelerate innovation, and execute our long-term vision of delivering intelligent, secure communications solutions for the AI era."
"Callegra has built an exceptional reputation for solving complex communications challenges in some of the world's most demanding environments," said Harris in response to his appointment. "I'm excited to help lead the company into its next chapter as we build an AI-first, cloud-enabled future that combines intelligent automation, enterprise security and mission-critical communications."
