Principal Mineral, a Dallas-based producer of materials for the electronics, aerospace, defense and energy industries, has acquired Conductive Group, an advanced materials manufacturer located in Cleveland, Emery County.
Founded in 1984, Conductive Group specializes in electrically conductive composite technologies and electromagnetic interference shielding solutions. It manufactures protective enclosures like Faraday cases and Faraday structures.
Principal Mineral was founded in 2024 and employs roughly 1,300 people across its 10 facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
Principal Mineral said the acquisition expands its portfolio across the "advanced materials stack that underpins America's electronics industrial base, from electrodeposited copper foil and copper-clad laminates to the structural composites and shielding systems that protect mission-critical platforms."
