BDO USA, an accounting and professional services firm, has added Eric Evans as a principal in the firm’s tax practice. Evans has over 18 years’ experience and advises private equity-backed, publicly traded and founder-led companies on complex tax strategy, transaction structuring, growth, M&A, capital structure, and enterprise value creation. He helps clients navigate complex business and financial decisions. He previously was a relationship and tax partner at Crowe and tax director at PwC prior to that. Evans earned a bachelor’s of science (accounting) and a Master of Accountancy (tax), both from Brigham Young University.
