Cottonwood Heights’ Old Mill Center sees five new leases signed
CBRE has announced that five office leases totaling approximately 85,900 square feet were signed during the third quarter of 2026 at Old Mill Corporate Center, a Class A office campus in Cottonwood Heights.
CBRE’s Scott Wilmarth, Nadia Letey and Eric Smith represented the landlord, Beckstrand & Associates, in the transactions.
In Building IV, Berkadia leased 17,105 square feet, ENFRA leased 21,522 square feet and IVI America leased 20,756 square feet. In Building I, Expansive, a coworking operator, leased approximately 25,000 square feet, and Keystone Wealth Services leased 1,499 square feet.
Located at 6322 and 6330 South and 3000 East, Old Mill Corporate Center offers direct access from Interstate 215 and features amenities including an onsite café, showers and locker rooms, secure bicycle storage, covered parking, on-site ownership and management, and full generator backup service. The property is also situated near retail amenities, hotels and outdoor recreation destinations.
“Old Mill Corporate Center continues to attract tenants seeking high-quality office space in a highly amenitized environment,” said Scott Wilmarth, executive vice president at CBRE, in a release. “In a market where many occupiers remain selective about their real estate decisions, this level of leasing activity demonstrates the property’s ability to meet the needs of a diverse range of companies while offering employees a workplace that supports collaboration, accessibility and convenience.”
“We are excited to welcome Expansive, Berkadia, IVI America, ENFRA and Keystone Private Wealth to the Old Mill Corporate Center,” said Misti Milner, principal broker for Beckstrand & Associates LLC. “Our 10-year partnership with CBRE has brought some amazing tenants who have been tremendous additions to the campus.”
According to CBRE research, the submarket recorded negative 13,000 square feet of net absorption during the quarter, while Old Mill Corporate Center signed approximately 85,900 square feet of new leases. The transactions accounted for roughly 6 percent of the 1.52 million square feet leased across the Salt Lake City/Provo office market during the same period.
