The board of directors of Stein Eriksen Management Corp. has chosen Greg Gendron, the organization's current chief administrative officer, to serve as its next CEO.
Gendron succeeds Russ Olsen, who will retire as the company's president and CEO on Aug 1. Olsen concludes a 40-year career that has seen the Eriksen organization, now known as Stein Collection, develop into a premier luxury hospitality organization.

Because of Russ's leadership, Stein Collection has become synonymous with exceptional service, and his legacy will continue to influence our organization for generations to come."
During Olsen's tenure, Stein Eriksen Lodge evolved from a luxury condominium hotel into a Forbes 5-Star, multi-property hospitality company generating more than $100 million in annual revenue and earning international recognition as the World's Best Ski Hotel. Under his leadership, Stein Collection expanded to include Stein Eriksen Lodge, Stein Eriksen Residences, The Chateaux Deer Valley, The Residences at The Chateaux, Stein Eriksen Estates, Luxury Homes by Stein Collection and Stein Eriksen Realty Group.
"Greg has been an integral member of our leadership team for more than 17 years," Suskind said. "He understands our culture, shares our commitment to exceptional service, and possesses the strategic vision necessary to guide Stein Collection into its next chapter. We are confident he will build upon our strong foundation while positioning the organization to capitalize on future opportunities, including the 2034 Olympic Winter Games and the continued evolution of luxury hospitality, all while remaining true to the values and vision established by Stein Eriksen."
Dan Bullert, with 30 years at the company, will continue as chief operating officer.
"Together, they will lead Stein Collection through its next phase of growth while preserving the culture of excellence that has defined the organization for decades," the board said in its announcement.
Olsen will remain actively involved following his retirement, serving as a senior advisor and consultant to the board and executive leadership team through December 2027.
Norwegian Olympic gold medalist and legendary skier Stein Eriksen, along with partner Edgar Stern, the founder of Deer Valley Resort, opened the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City in 1982.
