Stein Collection, based in Park City, has promoted Jason Berrett to vice president of food and beverage. Berrett joined Stein Collection in 2001 as restaurant manager and advanced to director of food and beverage in 2016. The move follows the announcement that Zane Holmquist, vice president of food and beverage operations and corporate chef, will retire at year-end after more than 48 years in the food and beverage industry.
