Jerry Bregg, Fred Titensor named to Altabank board of directors
Two seasoned executives join Altabank's board of directors as the American Fork bank prepares for a leadership transition.

Altabank, based in American Fork, has appointed Jerry Bregg and Fred Titensor to its board of directors. The appointments follow the impending retirement of current board member Doug Swenson, whose term will end Dec. 31. Bregg is a partner at Whittet Advisory and has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, enterprise risk and capital markets transactions. His career includes time with Big Four accounting firms and public companies. He is board chair for the School of Accounting Advisory Board at the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, and a member of the Audit Committee and treasurer of the NACD Utah Chapter. Titensor is co-owner and General Manager of Valley Implement Co., a multi-location farm equipment dealership serving Utah and Idaho. He has been with Valley Implement since 1999, during which time he has led all aspects of operations across two states, and maintained key manufacturer relationships with the largest equipment manufacturers in the industry. Titensor has a long history of public service, including service on the Idaho Governor's Economic Advisory Council (2024-28), and the Preston (Idaho) Planning and Zoning Commission (2020-30). He earned a bachelor's degree from Utah State University.
