Jonathon Miller promoted to director of culinary operations and corporate chef at Stein Collection

Stein Collection, based in Park City, has promoted Jonathon Miller to director of culinary operations and corporate chef. Miller joined Stein Collection in 2005 as kitchen manager and was promoted to executive chef in 2016. The move follows the announcement that Zane Holmquist, vice president of food and beverage operations and corporate chef, will retire at year-end after more than 48 years in the food and beverage industry.
