Bank of Utah taps two banking veterans to lead its new Spanish Fork branch as the Ogden-based bank expands in Utah County.

Bank of Utah, based in Ogden, has appointed Lane Deason as branch manager and Joseph Valle as banking manager of its new Spanish Fork branch. Deason will help clients explore financial options and connect them with lending, business and specialty banking solutions. He has nearly a decade of experience in financial services, including eight years as a mortgage loan originator and one year as a banker at Bank of Utah. He earned his bachelor's degree from Western Governors University. Valle will lead daily branch operations and support clients with their accounts, transactions and everyday banking needs. He has five years of banking experience and expertise in relationship management, consumer lending, private banking and business development. Bank of Utah has 18 full-service branches.
