CHG Healthcare, a Midvale-based physician and advanced-practice provider workforce company, has named Pete LaBore as executive vice president of sales operations. LaBore will lead the strategy to optimize and modernize the sales and recruitment operations, including implementing AI and technology enhancements. LaBore has more than 20 years of experience scaling and transforming consumer, tech-enabled and service businesses in the outdoor, apparel, and direct-to-consumer spaces. He most recently served as CEO of Christy Sports. Before that, he served as chief operating officer of Reformation and Backcountry. Between operating roles, LaBore ran his own consulting practice, 5660 Consulting, and continues to serve on advisory boards for outdoor and consumer brands, including Stio and PAKA Apparel.
