MX Technologies Inc., a Lehi-based company focused on financial intelligence, has appointed Rebecca Moulton as general counsel. Moulton will lead MX’s legal strategy and operations, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation and investor relations. Moulton joined MX in 2011, serving as a legal executive, advisor and member of the company’s leadership team. She started as the company’s first in-house attorney. Prior to joining MX, Moulton practiced law at a Utah-based firm, advising clients across civil litigation, contract disputes, real estate and regulatory matters. She earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
