Roosevelt's Elite Equipment expands into the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast with acquisition
Elite said the move marks a significant step in its continued national expansion, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability and localized support.
Elite Equipment Rentals, a Roosevelt-based provider of specialized equipment rentals and services, has acquired ISG Inc. and ISG Rents, a Mechanicsville, Virginia-based provider of equipment distribution and rental services in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Elite said the move marks a significant step in its continued national expansion, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability and localized support.
"With ISG's strong regional presence, built over more than 40 years of service to municipalities and contractors across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and beyond, Elite will expand both its rental and parts and service capabilities, delivering increased fleet availability and improved responsiveness to customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets," a release concerning the deal said.
Elite Equipment Rentals provides equipment rentals, parts and service, supporting customers across a range of industries with operations nationwide and a growing network of service locations in addition to its Roosevelt headquarters.
"This acquisition represents a transformational step forward for Elite as we continue to grow our national footprint. The combination of Elite Equipment and ISG will diversify our geographic footprint, vendor partners and customer base while meaningfully enhancing the combined offerings," said Chris Chapman, CEO of Elite Equipment Rentals. "ISG has built an outstanding reputation with a loyal customer base, and we are excited to build on that foundation, bringing expanded resources, enhanced service capabilities and additional equipment solutions to customers across the region."
"Joining forces with Elite is an exciting next chapter for ISG and for the customers we've served for over four decades," said Ben Jones, president of ISG. "This partnership brings greater resources and expanded capabilities to our team and our customers, while preserving the local relationships and expertise that have always defined who we are."
ISG will continue to operate under its existing brand in the near term, with plans to integrate into the Elite platform over time. This approach ensures continuity for customers and employees while enabling a seamless transition and long-term growth, Elite said.
