D.L. Evans Bank has announced the 2026 Employee Directed Donation Initiative. This donation initiative gives D.L. Evans Bank employees an opportunity to nominate their favorite nonprofit organizations in Idaho and Utah. Each organization will receive a donation from the bank plus a 5 percent bonus that will be added in the name of the employee who submitted the application.
The Bank has announced a $3,150 donation to Taylorsville High School Wellness Center and Food Pantry. Sam Taylor, D.L. Evans Bank vice president branch manager at the Murray branch, nominated the organization to receive a donation as part of this initiative. The Wellness Center supports students by providing essential resources they need to succeed at school.
The center offers access to social workers for social and emotional support, along with backpacks, clothing, school supplies, hygiene items and food kits. The donation will help provide these essential items, including meal bags for students during long weekends and holidays, ensuring students have the support and resources they need both in and out of school.
