The Women Tech Council has announced its annual Shatter List, which recognizes companies "shaping the future of Utah's innovation economy."
"As technology, AI, and workforce expectations continue to evolve, these organizations are setting the standard for what great leadership, culture, innovation and community impact look like," WTC said.
Companies are being recognized in two categories. The "Community Choice" list consists of companies "people most want to work for right now." Selected through input from a panel of technology executives, founders, investors, industry influencers and ecosystem leaders, Community Choice companies are recognized for building strong cultures, creating meaningful career opportunities, attracting exceptional talent, and leading with vision in a rapidly changing economy. The second group is "Community Builders," consisting of companies "helping build the ecosystem itself."
"Community Builders are recognized for their long-term commitment to strengthening Utah's technology community through mentorship, workforce development, education initiatives, leadership engagement, industry collaboration, and investment in future talent," WTC said.
"Their impact extends far beyond their own organizations. They help expand opportunity, elevate the industry, and strengthen the foundation that enables Utah's innovation economy to continue growing."
The Community Choice companies are Adobe, Anthropic, Awardco, BambooHR, CHG Healthcare, Cox Automotive, Intermountain Health, Leland, Lucid Software, Nvidia, O.C. Tanner, OxEon Energy, Pattern, Rasa Legal, Recursion, SchoolAI, SeekWell, Traeger, University of Utah, Waystar and Zions Bancorporation.
