Companies Championing Women is a research-based recognition and engagement program that highlights organizations making meaningful progress in developing, retaining and advancing women in the workplace.
Created through a partnership between the Utah Women & Leadership Project, the Women’s Leadership Institute, PowerHouse Events and the Salt Lake Business Journal, the program combines data-driven evaluation with year-round leadership development opportunities.
Participating organizations gain access to exclusive events, benchmarking insights, recognition opportunities and a community of leaders committed to building stronger workplaces across Utah.
Based on the results, organizations may earn recognition as a Company Championing Women. There is no cost to complete the assessment or to be listed as a participating organization. The 2026 assessment closed on July 27 — results are being reviewed now, and honorees will be announced at the August 27 luncheon.
