CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm and provider of infrastructure services, has promoted David Bauman to managing director and market leader for its Utah offices in Salt Lake City and Lehi. Bauman will lead CBRE’s advisory services business in Utah, with responsibility for driving growth, collaboration and client service across markets. Bauman has spent much of his career leading complex regional and global client accounts and has been a member of CBRE’s Salt Lake City management team since joining the firm in 2014. Bauman also serves as executive director of the University of Utah’s Ivory-Boyer Real Estate Center and is a member of the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors and the World Trade Center Utah Global Advisory Board.
