ULI (Urban Land Institute) Utah has welcomed Dylan Fitzgerald to the ULI Utah Advisory Board. Fitzgerald is a senior broker at Colliers and founder of Oerith, where he focuses on commercial real estate, development strategy and energy infrastructure, identifying strategic land opportunities and building the teams and partnerships behind them. He is currently assembling and guiding the Utah Civic Housing Alliance.
