Weber State University has welcomed Emmett Busby to its board of trustees. He will contribute to the trustees’ primary goals of establishing university policies, collaborating with university leadership on strategic direction, and strengthening ties between WSU and its community. Busby is the newly elected student body president. He is pursuing a degree in political science. He previously served as the College of Science student senator, a WSU admissions ambassador, a user services assistant at Stewart Library, and a FAFSA coach. He serves in a non-appointed position for a one-year term.
