Aptive Environmental, a Provo-based provider of residential pest control services, has named Ivona Adkins as chief people officer. Adkins will lead Aptive’s people and talent strategy, building on a career focused on leadership development and organizational transformation. She joins from Bagel Brands, where she served as chief people officer for six years. Adkins previously held senior human resources and talent roles across consumer and technology companies, including as chief people officer of International Car Wash Group.
