Ordr, a Salt Lake City-based company focused on commerce intelligence for live experiences, has appointed Jamie Chaplin as vice president of payment solutions. Chaplin will lead the commercial growth of Ordr Pay, the integrated payments side of the Ordr platform, spanning merchant processing, virtual payments, agentic payments and alternative payments. Chaplin has nearly two decades of experience in payments and commerce technology. She spent the last six years at Olo, most recently as senior director of solutions consulting. Before Olo, she led partnership development at Worldpay and held sales engineering and partner development roles at Vantiv Integrated Payments (formerly Mercury) and CardConnect.
