Elementum, a Lehi-based AI-native platform replacing legacy enterprise SaaS, has named Phil Duggan as chief revenue officer. Duggan will run Elementum’s global sales and revenue organization and lead the company’s next phase of growth. Duggan has two decades of enterprise technology and go-to-market experience, most recently helping scale Astronomer’s international business and building its EMEA revenue organization. Duggan has experience building enterprise sales teams, expanding into new markets and turning emerging technology categories into repeatable revenue engines.
