CHG Healthcare, a Midvale-based company that connects physicians, advanced practice providers and allied health professionals with healthcare organizations nationwide, has hired Ryan Solomon as chief financial officer.
Solomon joins CHG from Enhabit Home Health and Hospice in Dallas, where he has served as CFO since 2024. He has more than 20 years of financial leadership, including CFO roles at Aspirion and AccentCare and six years at Apple Leisure Group, where he rose to CFO and helped lead the company's sale from Bain Capital to KKR and KSL Capital Partners.
At CHG, Solomon succeeds Rob Millard, who has served as CFO since 2018 and is retiring after more than eight years of leading the company's finance, capital structure and risk management functions. Millard will remain in an advisory role to help with the transition before his planned retirement date of Jan. 1.
