
The Utah Inland Port Authority has hired Alicia Eggleston as community engagement manager for the grant-funded Clean Ports Program. Eggleston will help ensure residents living near the Salt Lake City Intermodal Terminal are informed, engaged and empowered to help guide Clean Ports initiatives. She will also facilitate the program's steering committee and work with stakeholders to advance community-centered environmental goals.
Eggleston previously worked as a policy advocate focused on water, climate resilience, flood mitigation, green space expansion and air quality concerns related to industrial growth.
