Viviana Harrington named deputy general counsel at Aptive Environmental

Aptive Environmental, a Provo-based provider of residential pest control services, has named Viviana Harrington as deputy general counsel, compliance. Harrington has been at Aptive for more than six years, most recently serving as vice president, corporate and compliance counsel. Prior to joining Aptive, she held legal and compliance roles at Sunnova Energy and Vivint Smart Home.
